Guess where did I go today? Some of you might know, some might not.

I went to take my Basic Theory Test for driving at Yio Chu Kang's SSDC. The location was within walking distance from the MRT station so me and Chewz, my cousin, strolled towards the centre. During our walk there, we threw a few questions at each other and I realized how unprepared I was. Yikes.

BTT is a 50 MCQs test and candidates are required to use the touch screen monitors in the test room. Before entering the test room, we were asked to queue in a single line in front of the room while the invigilator gave us our candidate slip or something like an identification paper.

After a few minutes of pre-test briefing, we started the test!

By the time I reached the last question, I knew it was impossible to pass. Passing requirement is 45/50!! There were at least 5 questions that I had never read about and so I had to guess.

The guessing didn't work out for me because I FAILED. :x

Haha. Well, I guess I'm not prepared to sit for the test in the first place. But I swear, some of the questions can't be found in the basic theory book. In any case, I failed so I will have to take the test again next year. This sucks. If this goes on, I don't know when will I ever touch the steering wheel of a car.

Oh, and a little advice to people who are planning to learn driving, BTT is not as easy as it seems [or as what others think]. You really have to study to get at least 45/50!

However, failing the test cannot damp my mood right now. :)

I went shopping at Causeway Point after the test for my colleagues' xmas presents. They bought me present so it's manners to do the same. Yeah, so strolling around the mall, I decided to stop by Samsung to see whether there is any news of Samsung SGH F330. At first, I looked through the glass panel at the phones on display. No F330. :(

But, somehow I decided to continue my gaze towards the cupboard at the entrance of Samsung and they caught something! Samsung SGH F330, latest phone, is currently on a Christmas promotion! It took my brain a few moments to register that F330 is now in Singapore!!

I gasped and gradually turned my head towards the few phones on display by the counter. Just then, my gaze fell on the slick, shiny, white phone among the oldies. MY GOODNESS!! my brain screamed as I hurried towards the phone. Oh dearest one, you're here! It didn't take you that long after all! I felt like running away with the fake phone. It's so beautiful!

By the time I leave the Samsung shop, I was beaming like a nutcase. I almost jump for joy when I left but as usual, I held my composure. :)

I even went to Singtel to check if the phone was on sale already and yes it was! I was so excited I called my mum immediately. She said we'll get it either tomorrow or on Friday!

YIPEE I EH! SAMSUNG SGH-F330!

I'm so glad I didn't buy U700 and waited for the F330. You see, I knew it would come. Good things come to people who wait!! I'm so happy the adrenaline is rushing to my brain right now. And people reading are saying, it's just a freaking phone. Hahaha~
