Some of you don't know this yet. I've taken steps to realizing my dream of speaking Korean fluently! Some time after my timetable for the new semester was released, I applied for
NUS Extension's Korean lessons! :D Just typing this out makes me feel so thrilled to know that I will be attending Korean lessons. Learning more about the hangul alphabets, getting taught by KOREANS [duh.] and best of all, I'll be learning the very mother tongue of my 5 gods! Gosh, I can't wait!
However, my application will only be confirmed a week before the lesson officially starts. That means I'll be waiting for quite sometime before knowing whether I am in a class because the class I signed up for will commence on 8th May. So all I can do now is wait, and perhaps learn more Korean phrases while doing so? ^^
What is NUS Extension:
http://www.nus.edu.sg/nex/index.htmSpeaking Korean fluently is a wish that may take me a while to fulfill, but I think what matters most is
action was taken instead of me moping around dreaming of it. I have a lot of other dreams to accomplish but one can or cannot take on several tasks at once. I consider my learning of this language
baby steps towards the course of degree which I am
considering to take right now.
It's a 90% sure that I'm not going to take a degree in optom when I graduate. Having a diploma for this course is good enough for me. Spending more money on something I'm not interested in is just a
waste. A waste of money and
time.
Speaking of time, I'm hoping to accomplish/ do something major that I dream of doing before I get too old.
Hey, it's just a year before graduation. It's better to plan early than late!
