I can't believe I spent almost the whole day watching this drama! This drama rocks my socks! It's starring none other than Tomohisa Yamashita [Yamapi] and Horikita Maki, the leads for the previous drama, Nobuta Wo Produce, I had watched. ^^

Drama Synopsis by mysoju.com: [I'm lazy to type out myself]
Yamashita Tomohisa plays Kurosaki, a young man whose family was destroyed by swindlers. Despite that, Kurosaki grows up to become a con artist known as Kurosagi. As Kurosagi, he swindles other con artists and returns the money to the original victim. He works with the master swindler Katsuragi Toshio (Yamazaki Tsutomu) even though Toshio had a hand in the destruction of Kurosaki’s family.
Kurosaki's life begins to change when he meets Yoshikawa Tsurara (Horikita Maki), a young law student who disapproves of his disrespect of the law. Can she persuade Kurosaki to give up swindling and his quest for revenge?

Now I know why Yamapi is so popular in Japan, why young jap girls swoon over him [besides that fact that he's in JE that is]. I always thought he looks quite ordinary in pictures before, but after watching this drama, he's definitely more than ordinary. ^^

Also, Maki is so friiiggin' cute! I mean her appearance, not her character in the drama. She's so pretty and cute although she doesn't dress up in the drama. Of course, she was cute in Hana Kimi as well, but this time she's more feminine thus showing more of her pretty side. I'm so glad she's not another dull character as seen in Nobuta Wo Produce anymore! :)

This drama has lots of twists! Sometimes I would get reminded of Death Note... especially when it comes to the twists. I love dramas with occasional surprises in them, dramas that are unpredictable. But there are 2 things I don't like about this drama; firstly, the laughter of the detective who sets out in capturing Kurosaki. His laughter is so fake and sound so evil that I cringe everytime he laughs. Secondly, the old man who keeps spitting out food that doesn't taste good. It almost always happen when there's a scene of the old man. He's just gross.

As for the ending, it feels like the drama can continue to a part 2 because it isn't The End of story yet. But so far, no part 2 since 2006.

This show is better than Nobuta Wo Produce! :)

P.S. YaMaki couple is growing on me. First it was Nobuta Wo Produce, now it's Kurosagi. Haha!

Edit- Oh gosh, oh gosh! I just read that Kurosagi The Movie will be out this year!! Awesome~~
And just to add more news, Hana Yori Dango Movie will also be out this year. Yeah, can't wait!
