The semester holidays so far has been really fun! Firstly, it's my addiction to period Kdramas and the completion of Iljimae. Then there's the Australia Universities Open day which I attended with LY. Thereafter, the commencement of classes for Korean level 2, the ice-skating trip with error and anne. And then there's today, when I finally found my new boyfriend! :D

I'm feeling a little sad that I've to break up with my ex-boyfriend. We've been together for more than 4 years and definitely went through thick and thin together. He saw me through the O levels, saw me get addicted to maplestory, then through him, I discovered DBSK. He also saw me through admission of SP, saw me getting acquainted with new friends, played a huge role in helping me get DBSK's concert tickets and now we're going our separate ways. Our characters don't seem to match anymore. He's slow at everything with even the simplest task would take him friggin' long to complete. I'm the impatient one, I need some things to be done quickly! With our personalities clashing, it's no doubt we've to break up.

Now I'm so happy to have found a new one. He's so gorgeous, he's so stylish, he's able to work fast enough and he's everything I ever wanted! He's PERFECT!

Well the thing is, there are still some unfinished business left between the ex and I. I've still got new songs, videos and pictures saved in him! I've got to transfer them to my new boyfriend! Yeahhh! My ex-"boyfriend" AKA my old HP laptop still contains some files which I've yet to transfer to my HDD. What did you think I was talking about?! Haha...

So here, let me introduce my new "boyfriend" to you:

YES! It's another Hewlett-Packard [HP] notebook! I love love love it! Oh it should be, I love love love him! The picture shows a very normal looking laptop [he's definitely not photogenic] but oh boy, if you switch it on, all the lights will lit up and the laptop turns into a gorgeous, hi-techy looking device. It has touchpads for the player buttons [the stop, play, vol buttons] instead of the non-touchpad ones which my old laptop contains. The touchpads light up so beautifully! If you've seen how the touchpads on my Samsung handphone light up, it's somewhat like that. ^^

What I like about the HP Pavilion series is that it's very focused on entertainment. New boyfriend has his speakers surrounding the keyboard!!! It's like surround sound but the laptop kind! I like that very much. In my opinion, sound system for HP is much better than the Sony Vaio [at least much better than my mum's vaio laptop]. And that's something which is important to me since I listen to music and watch shows everyday!

Oh if you didn't know, I went to Comex 2008, the annual IT show held in Suntec City with my mum to purchase New Boyfriend. After browsing the brands of laptops for over two hours, I was down to either HP Pavilion or Sony Vaio, the SR series. Tough choice to make since both have almost the same specs. But for the HP notebook, you get free upgrade to 4GB RAM at 2199 bucks whereas, if you want a 4GB RAM for Sony Vaio, the price'll be 2499. Besides HP surpassing the vaio sr series in entertainment wise, buying HP also get better free gifts. LOL. Free printer and a cable modem. :) Em, sony vaio's free gifts are laptop case, mouse and free upgrade to 3 or 4GB. All which are included in HP alreadyyyyy. Oh oh oh! It has got integrated TV tuner in the laptop! That means, with a bit of tweaking, I can watch local channels on my laptop! It also has got webcam and microphone, both of which are common nowadays but my ex didn't have those.

I looooove HP!! So sexy, so solid and so slick looking~~ New Boyfriend~~ Let's have fun! Hahaha... That sounds wrong, I know. :P

P.S. Hope you guys didn't get weird out about me having to use the "Boyfriend" term for my laptop. Haha... I spend more time with my laptop than with my parents!! Sad but true! I think my laptop is more than a boyfriend to me. LOL.

P.P.S. My ex will be used personally by my mum. That sounds utterly wrong. Whatever.
