Tell yourself that you have self-discipline and that you can wait until the album reaches you personally.

Tell yourself that the fans in the forum spazzing over their album right now are illegally downloading the music.

Tell yourself you want to fully indulge in the songs from their album and so to do that, you'll have to wait just a little longer -maybe a week or two- even though their album is officially out on sales now.

CONTROL. DON'T DL. DON'T READ ALL THAT COMMENTS ON HOW WONDERFUL THE SONGS ARE.

WAIT. WAIT. WAIT.

You've been waiting for 2 years. No harm waiting for a few more days. No harm at all.
