Twilight, the movie, is just like the book. The only scenes in the movie I consider interesting are the ones at the baseball game and ballet room. The rest are filled with monotone dialogues. Well, it IS a vampire movie after all, but funny how I didn't see any fangs?? Or am I blind? Well, that bad ass James sure didn't have any fangs when he went "ARGGH!!" with his mouth wide open during the fight with Edward. I was expecting to see the fangs growing out or something. :/ Oh well...
I didn't expect Shopaholic to be coming out so soon! Exactly when, I'm not sure but I saw this huge picture board of it at the cinema. Thought that it'll still be long before there's news of it in SG. But no thanks to Hollywood, Becky Bloomwood in the movie is NOT going to be a British. She'll be the obvious. A super turn-off if you ask me. Aren't there lots of British actresses out there? Why do they need to have an American act as Becky?
Oh and Dragonball is coming out soon, another stupid Hollywood mess. Can you believe an American will be acting as Goku?! Seriously. When I saw the preview, I was rolling my eyes the whole time. So what if he turned all blonde when he power up or something? He's still Asian through and through.
That's Dragonball. I heard the very awesome anime, Avatar: The last airbender (which I really love watching!), is having a live action soon. This anime is definitely very Asian-oriented. But they're getting non-asians for the main leads! I'm sooo pissed with this. Although this anime is produced by an American production, isn't it still best to stick to whatever is in the anime? Super turn-off.
Really, what's up with Hollywood?
