Excited!
FT Island is coming to Singapore for the first time this month and they’re going to have a 1hr concert showcase!!
Best part is I’m soooo going! OH EM GEE.
It’s time I get to know every one of the members instead of just listening to their songs. :x I have to admit that I’ve been following their songs since their debut in 07’ but I never got down to knowing all the members. Keke. But I know they’re all younger than me. T-T
Their songs are sooo good. I got so hooked on to one of their song in their latest mini album that I have it as my ringtone. Can’t believe they’re coming! Can’t believe I’m going to see Hongki in person! Haha. My favourite member lar. XD
I have to thank Jas, my Korean lesson classmate, for alerting me about this event! Because after the Jewelry fansign event held last year, I realised she, like me, attended the event alone (unfortunately we didn’t see each other during the event). I told her that next time when there’s any Kpop event we could go together so this time we’re going to attend this showcase together! Yay!
We went to get the tickets together at IMM today. The tix started selling at 3pm but she arrived at around 1.30pm while I joined her a little later. Haha.
The queue to get the tix was quite okay. We only had to queue for about 20 mins before it was our turn to purchase the tix. We even got a poster! :D
This will be the last Kpop event in SG that I’ll be attending before I leave for Aus. Man… I’ve a feeling after I leave for Aus, there’ll be more Kpop events to be held in SG. Just a feeling. And because I’m so selfish like that, I hope no DBSK events until I come back! XP
Anyways! Here are a couple of FT Island live perfs. :) My favourite member, Hongki is the vocalist, who also seemed to be tearing in the first vid. hmmm? o_O
